fastsupport.gotoassist.com
Step 2: Enter your name in the box.
Step 3: Enter the support key that you get from the technician.
Step 4: Click on “Continue”.
Step 5: Follow the instructions and download GoTo Opener.
Step 6: Now you are connected and can participate in the support session.

– GoToAssist is a cloud-based platform that enables you to connect to the mobile device or desktop computer of a customer to provide real-time support anywhere, anytime.
– You have to download and install a desktop app package before enjoying the benefits of GoToAssist.
– During support sessions, there are a few tools and features that are available to both customers and agents to maximize the experience. These include screen sharing, drawing tools, file transfer, chat, and more.
– The current billing price for GoToAssist is $55 per agent per month if billed annually or $69 per agent per month if billed monthly.
– You can choose to include a mobile add-on with $20 per agent each month. Support includes device info, remote control, mobile chat, and camera share.
